Islamabad, Feb 18 — Pakistan and Palestine have agreed to form a joint commission comprising their foreign ministers to expand their existing political cooperation into other areas, Xinhua reported.

Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari while holding talks here Sunday with his Palestinian counterpart Mahmoud Abbas, said the joint commission will be formally set up soon.

President Zardari also offered a grant of one million dollars for constructing Palestinian embassy in Islamabad, said a presidential spokesperson of Pakistan.
