House cancels vote on GOP bill to end shutdown
Washington, Oct 16 (IANS/EFE) The US House of Representatives will not vote Tuesday evening after all on the bill prepared earlier in the day by Republican lawmakers to attempt to end the government shutdown, which has been going on since Oct 1 due to the lack of a budget agreement, and avoid a default.
